​Due to the ever increasing credit card charges we are being charged, we do not accept credit card payment for goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Only payment by direct bank transfer will be accepted.

​We do not offer a back order system. Any items not delivered if still required will need to be included in your next purchase request.

​Mainland UK Purchase requests in excess of £275 (excluding VAT) delivered within the UK will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE.

Purchase requests with a value of less than £275 (excluding VAT) will be subject to £9.50 postage and packing charge, note this is the cost of shipping for our secure shipping couriers.

Scottish Highlands  and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, and other destinations not part of the UK Mainland please enquire as the shipping charges are weight dependant. All costs are subject to VAT.

​Export delivery charges will be charged at cost F.O.B Please enquire. All exports will need to be paid for by direct bank transfer before shipping.

In the unlikely event of disruption to our normal delivery service Island Beads reserve the right to alter delivery methods and charges to cover the costs of secure shipping. Island Beads cannot accept any liability  for loss resulting from late delivery or non delivery of goods.

Any illustration of a product, description, dimension, style, weight is given in good faith, many items have natural stones and shell, therefore cannot be guaranteed as illustrated.

In the extremely unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged or faulty, please let us know within 3 days of reciept of delivery, accompanied by full details of order date and invoice number, a photograph of the damaged item would be great if possible. 

 

If we request the damaged / faulty product returned to us, proof of posting (this costs nothing) will be required, in case in the unlikely event of Island Beads not receiving the item.

Items will only be credited provided the damage occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear there is a manufacturing fault. Items considered it have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be credited. Issuing of credit notes is at the discretion of Island Beads, Island Beads does not offer sale or return arrangments.

Any items that have been returned to Island Beads and subsequently deemed faulty / damaged will be credit to the customer account accordingly, all decisions made by Island Beads will be final.

Upon delivery of any goods to " The Purchaser" the risk shall pass but Zilver Designs shall reman the legal owner of all goods until such time as "The Purchaser" has paid to Zilver Designs the full price there of and full price of any other goods the subject of any other contact of sale between "The Purchaser" and Zilver Designs. "The Purchaser" acknowledges that until such time , "The Purchaser" is in possesion  of the goods solely as bailee for Zilver Designs and shall store the goods seperatly from his own goods in such a fashion so it can be readily identifiable by Zilver Designs, partners / directors. The "Purchasing" company agree to be personally liable for the debts should "The Purchaser" be unable to pay or cease to trade. In such and event the Title of Goods can not be ransferred to cover debts owed to other companies, organizations or instituations and remains the property of Zilver Designs, "The Purchaser" is advised to insure against ALL Risks
